Floor base for Uprights up to 20' tall, comes in a range of sizes and weights. Pipe & Drape is normally used to create mini-booths at tradeshows, or hang a rich fabric background for a temporary event. It's easy to setup. While we call this Pipe & Drape, it's also known as Pipe & Base.
