We partner with hundreds of venues to provide exceptional quality AV services for your clients. Most of our contact with venues initially starts as suppliers for shared client events. Many venues then add us as either preferred or primary partners for their clients AV needs based upon our service, performance, professionalism, and price point, which is typically less than other providers.
For venues providing us with preferred or primary AV provider status, we will meet to evaluate your current and future needs. One of the services we offer is the creation of detailed floor plans and layouts of your venue. We provide these at no cost, as it helps ensure that everyone involved in the client and event planning process is on the same page for AV placement. This also gives the customer an accurate picture of what to expect and how everything will fit into the space.
For preferred venue partners with simpler AV needs, we create a price list for AV packages and services to help with ordering and minimize customer questions and complex options. For primary venue partners, we can even provide price lists branded to your venue with % built into the model, and even a web portal for customer or venue manager self ordering of services. Coupled with fast turnaround of more complex quotes (typically same or next day), we strive to help you service your clients faster and more effectively.
Venue In-House Provider
For larger venues, we offer complete in-house services, offered either full time on-site or peak time on-site. We take the time to get to know and understand your needs, key personnel, and rules and regulations to ensure seamless integration into your workflow. Each In-house location is staffed by a seasoned venue AV manager and knowledgeable AV staff. In-house staff are complimented by our main office experts for event planning and design services, lighting plot layout and programming, specialized staging and set design services, and rigging & safety teams.
Typically, after evaluating your needs and viewing prior events, we will procure new equipment specifically for your venue requirements, ensuring key stock and backups are always available. Additional backup and specialist AV gear can be sourced from our main warehouses in each region. We work with your event leads to ensure timely delivery of quotes and designs to create a positive customer experience from the start.
Our event professional work with you and the client closely to ensure all needs are met and we exceed expectations on every level, before, during, and after the event. End of event billing is handled quickly to facilitate accurate client side billing and mitigate issues.
